Our frozen yogurt is made from the finest dairy fresh milk, tested daily to ensure it is hormone and antibiotic free. The milk is then pasteurized and cultured with beneficial live and active cultures, or “probiotics.” All of our frozen yogurt meets or exceeds the requirements established by the National Yogurt Association and carries its “Live & Active Cultures” seal.
For yogurt to carry the “live and active cultures” seal, it must contain at least 10 million parts per gram of live and active cultures. Our regular yogurt contains between 100-200 million beneficial live and active probiotic cultures per gram, while our tart yogurt contains between 300-400 million probiotic cultures per gram.
